Since I can remember, I love sports. I surf, jog, dance Capoeira and love the sportive challenge. Even before I was 18 years old I worked in a gym in my home country, since I left for Australia for a “Work & Travel” year at the age of 18 to obtain my Group Fitness B licence, sport was an indispensable part of my professional life. After my studies of sports science (focus on media & communication) at the Technical University of Munich, I took over the training management in a premium fitness studio in Munich and worked part-time as a personal trainer, lifestyle coach and editor. Meanwhile I can dedicate myself completely to the latter tasks. Each time I adjust to my training partners I enjoy it a lot!

Weight reduction, cardiovascular training, muscle definition, post- and prenatal training as well as sport specific training (runner, gymnast, surfer) and rehabilitative training are my main focus!

My Lifestylecoaching concept offers a holistic approach with nutrition consultation, recovery and relaxation and gives approaches for the clever integration into the everyday life.
